If you’ve paid for a kit or rank via our web store and haven’t received it after 10 minutes, please do the following:
– Check to see the payment went through.
– Make sure the payment went to Kinetic Softworks Limited or Kinetic Network.
– Make sure you filled in the correct Discord/Steam Name/Minecraft Username.
If all of this is fine, please message our staff team by opening a support ticket. NOTE! DO NOT ask for help with missing kits/rank on our Discord servers, it might not be seen and not all staff can deal with the issue.
