Refunds

If you’re not happy with one of our digital products for our game servers, you can get a full or partial refund within 7 days of your purchase.
To qualify for your refund, you must have paid for your item via one of our official stores and have a reason why you’re not happy with our product. Our 7 Day Guarantee for now only applies to our modded Minecraft servers.

What doesn’t qualify
To stop the abuse of the system, if you have claimed your kits you’re looking to refund and used any of the items, you forfeit your guarantee. If you’re looking for a refund for your purchase, all items from the kits must stay in your inventory or chests. They must not have been used to aide your game in any way. If the refund is successful a staff member will then remove the items. You can also not file for a refund due to server bugs.
All refunds must be filed via our support ticket system and not issued as a charge-back via PayPal or your bank, to do this will also forfeit your guarantee.

What does qualify
If after claiming a kit, rank or cosmetic item you feel they are not as described on the store or feel that you’re unhappy with our service, you can file for a refund. In the rare instance that you haven’t received your items after 48 hours, you can also file for a refund.
If the purchase was accidental or without consent from the account holder, you can file for a refund up to 14 days after the purchase, even if items have been claimed.

How to get your refund
To get your refund head to our support page here and file a support ticket. Make sure you select the refunds department or your request will not be successful. You will then hear back from one of our staff team within 4 working days. Make sure you used a real email and to check your spam folder as refund request will not be dealt with over Discord.

Please remember that these are donations, not payments. Your money goes into keeping the servers open and is why we can’t offer refunds after 7 days.
