Welcome to our support center! If your having any issue with one of our servers or modpacks then you’re in the right place.

The most common cause for one of our packs to crash when starting is due to it not being allocated the right amount of ram. All our packs need around 4GB of ram to run. You can find the exact amounts here.

You may find that you can’t add more than 1GB of RAM to a pack or might just be unsure how add more RAM.

We don’t support other mods being added into our packs. We build our packs to as stable as they can be, by adding in other mods you may compromise the stability of the pack.

Due to this we don’t offer support for modified packs sorry. 

If you want to see a mod added to our pack then you suggest your idea here. Make sure the mod is for the correct version of Minecraft and that you include the download link.

If you’re having lag issue there are a number of things you can do to fix this. To make it easyer to follow we have made a short video to help you out. You can find it here.

If you have lost items on our due to a server bug then we will refund them to you please open a support ticket at alert our staff team. 

However, if your item were lost due to clear lag, bug with a mod or death, we will not refund your items. Our clear lag system has 3 warnings before it clears the ground, please be on the look our for this message to avoid loss of items.

Our servers have claim systems built for modded servers. This means that there are very few items that can bypass a claim. However, if your base has been raided please open a support ticket here.

If you base was raided by someone you have trusted. We will not refund your items as you allowed that player to bypass the systems we put into place. We also don’t have not proof that your version of events are the truth. The player may have just been taking their items.

We also don’t refund item if a base is raided on one of our factions servers, as raiding is part of factions.

If you have received this message when joining one of our servers. This mean you’re trying to connect with a modified client. 

Our anti-cheat system has kicked you from the server as it has found a suspicious mod. No need to worry, if you tried to join with what we call an innocent mod then please contact a staff member here so we can allow this mod access to our servers. You may want to remove the mod for the time being as this can take up to 48 hours.

Moderator – These guys are here to keep the server a nice place for everyone and make sure people are following the rules.

Administrators – These guys can stop and start servers and have more permissions on our servers.

Network Manager – Helps the Owners keep the servers ticking. They also help add more features to our servers.

Head of Operations – Manages,Updates and Advertises the Server. Aids in the Growth of the Server.

Head Admin – The highest member of our staff team. The head admin is responsible for our staff team.

Owners – The owner’s update modpacks, make server buildings and manage the backend of the servers.

Developers – Makes custom mods and edits to mods for our servers and packs.

Builder Team – Helps build server buildings and spawns.

When playing on our server or chatting on our discord all our staff members have tags letting you know their rank quickly and easily. 

If you see a player without a tag and acting as staff please report them to us.

We apologise in advance,we only offer refunds in extreme circumstances. The transaction is final and there are no refunds,any attempt will result in a permanent restriction from the network. If you are banned for breaking any rules set by The Kinetic Network or one of its staff members, you will not be refunded.

Payments to the Kinetic Minecraft Network is a payment for the virtual items contained in the purchase. This transaction is final and there are no refunds, any attempt will result in a permanent restriction from the network. If you are banned for breaking any rules set by The Kinetic Network or one of its staff members, you will not be refunded. Bans are subject to the full discretion of the server admins and rules can be changed at any time. There is no guarantee of being able to enter the server, and if the server is no longer operated the virtual items are forfeit. However, if a server is discounted in most cases you are offered a substitute product of a similar value and type. Refund requests due to issues concerning lag, game bugs, or any other issues are subject to the discretion of the Kinetic Network Staff Team. All items are virtual and have no out of game value.

You, the donator, recognise that you are over 18 years of age at the time of purchase, or have consulted and received approval from a parent or legal guardian to purchase a product for our server. Due to this, you recognise and forfeit all chances of a PayPal, Credit Card, or other chargebacks. The Kinetic Network have the right to change or remove any package(s), item(s), etc. or to change the pricing of any package(s), item(s), etc. on The Kinetic Network’s own terms without prior consent from you, the donator. 

Please allow up to 15 minutes for your virtual good to be given to you. The system is automatic and in the rare case of failure please head to our support center, where we will work to resolve your issues. Make sure you fill out the support form correctly, if you fail to do so, your ticket will be ignored

After purchase you will be sent an email by Buycraft confirming this. It will also have a copy of these terms and conditions for your safe-keeping.

By purchasing, you accept these terms set by the Kinetic Network and understand that they are subject to change at any time without warning, This legal agreement will be noted in the case of a dispute or payment issue.

Bans and Warnings

If you believe you have been banned mistakenly or deserve a second chance please head to our appeal a ban section here.

When you’re banned that means you can no longer play on the said server you’re banned from. However, unless it is a Network Ban you can keep playing on any of our other servers even if the ban is permanent.

When you’re banned from a server you forfeit any premium items you have paid for on that server. They CAN NOT be moved to another server or refunded.
